Managing Partner & Advisor
Bertrand combines expertise in the multiple aspects of strategic corporate development : strategic analysis, deal-sourcing, planning of disposals, financial analysis, execution, business planning, due diligence, build-up, integration, reorganisation, value optimising, negotiations, financing, legal and tax structuring. Having served in financial audit (Andersen) , private equity (Lazard, Eurazeo and CDC) and corporate M&A, he has gained a cross-sector experience with particular focuses on telecom & media, technology, transportation & infrastructure and real estate. He graduated from ESSEC business, has an advanced accounting degree (DESCF) and is a CFA charter-holder.
